There are various intuitive pakadoo apps and web portals for users of the individual pakadoo services, which are easy to use. Nevertheless, we train your employees on it for the introduction in the company. After that, our support is available to you from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Depending on the application, users may be required to register on the myPAKADOO user platform, for example, to obtain a personal “PAK ID”, which is entered together with the company address when placing orders in the online store.
