Your company just has to establish a "pakadoo point" where deliveries from all parcel delivery services are received on your behalf. You will receive a push notification or a receipt email with a code once your parcel arrives. Using this code you can collect your parcel directly from the pakadoo point – quite easily and securely.

how to pakadoo.

Life is easier with pakadoo, because now you can legitimately receive and return your private parcels at work. Becoming a pakadoo user is just as easy:

  1. Check whether your company has set up a pakadoo point – if not, it could even be an idea for your company suggestion system. Or talk to your employer directly about pakadoo. Your employer can then designate a location on the company's premises where a designated staff member receives and places parcels into interim storage. Then your employer can have the pakadoo point activated.
  2. Register yourself at www.pakadoo.de to obtain your personal PAK ID. You can then immediately shop online, using your PAK ID along with your company's address as delivery address. Now your parcels will arrive at work – irrespective of the shop and parcel delivery service. 
  3. As soon as a newly-received parcel has been scanned at the pakadoo point, you will automatically get an email with a code. With this code you can collect your parcel at your company’s pakadoo point. And you can even leave returns there, too.
